During our first meeting, we will review your history and
current symptoms and develop an initial plan. After that, we will decide how we can work together to best suit your
needs.
Payment in full is requested at the time of the visit, and I will
be happy to provide you a detailed invoice with all the pertinent information to submit to your insurance company. It
is often a good idea to contact your insurance company to inquire about their reimbursement policy for "out-of-network
providers." Aetna is the only insurance company I am contracted with, so if you have Aetna please contact them
to confirm your coverage benefits and any deductibles you might be responsible for meeting. You will be responsible
for your copay at the time of the visit.
I check my messages regularly Monday - Friday and less often on weekends.
I will make every effort to return your call within one business day. If you are having an emergency and cannot reach
me, please either contact the San Mateo Crisis at 650.579.0350 or go to your nearest emergency room. In the event of
a life-threatening emergency, dial 911.
